Key Accountabilities

Agency support

• Develop marketing materials that serve as sales tools to support the agency force in presenting the company’s product and services to customers in an effective manner. This includes sales presenting materials and seminar presentations (recruitment related also).
• Take initiatives in promoting recruitment and sales performance such as competitions, contests and modification agency terms & condition etc
• Implement applicable Korean and competitor’s studies for enhancing

Internal communication

• Prepare sales direction messages on a monthly basis to keep sales force updated and motivated with the company’s sales direction, sales support and outstanding events in each month.
• Gather useful update and information from related departments/branches and deliver to sales force.
• Communicate (gather and feed back)with sales force about certain issues related sales frequently

Market intelligence

• Gather market intelligence and make relevant analysis to ensure that the senior management is well aware of SWOT and industry trends and statistics in the market.

Key Accountabilities

• Support in preparing business plan and agency compensation scheme.
• Conduct monthly sales analysis to find out outstanding issues to be addressed and report to senior management for corrective actions.
• Develop marketing materials that serve as sales tools to support the agency force in presenting the company’s product and services to customers in an effective manner. This include product related materials.
• Collect market information and make relevant analysis, including monthly market updates for management business decision making.

Job Requirements:

- Vietnamese citizens, Age: 28-45
- University graduated, major in Pedagogy/Economics/Business Administration/Marketing
- Experience in life insurance training will be an advantage
- Able to work independently and/or under pressure
- Good presentation skills; Ability in organizations, persuasion and motivation; Teamwork

Qualification

- Inter-personal communication skill with open mind and ability in organization, persuasion and motivation.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, computer and MS Office software (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point) literacy.

- The principle and training methods and techniques used in adult training
- Life insurance industry

Key Accountabilities
A/ Work closely with Agency Training and Development Department and be responsible for:

- Participating in compilation well-presented training materials and documents in terms of Life Insurance when being required; regularly updating industry and/or life-insurance sector’s information for training purposes
- Translating training materials in terms of Life Insurance at all levels from English into Vietnamese and vice versa 
- Organizing effective and suitable sales training courses according to the training schedule planned, providing Life Insurance knowledge as well as advanced sales techniques and custom for sales agents, helping them to build workshop skills, and managing others related to training classes 
- Frequently reporting training results and other problems related to Trainer team and or training activities to Immediate Supervisors for a proper solution. 
-  Implementation issued announcements of training courses timely to ensure all respective parties have coordinate in perfect teamwork for the existing training programs and scheduling processes. 
- Maintaining a good and cooperative relationship with all functional departments within Corporate to have a throughout understanding of all company’s policies and/or procedures and to keep current with the newest one(s). 
- Performing all assignments within a schedule effectively and efficiently

B/ Support Sales Development Managers

- Develop close relationship with Sales Development Departments; 
- Provide sales location with adequate support when needed like organizing career seminars, sales seminar, client seminars, etc…in order to develop and achieve sales results 
- Propose and join field works with sales agents in order to practice their selling skill 
- Participate in the establishment and organizing sales activities for sales development (Clubs: MDRT, Recruitment, Excellent stars, Pro FC, etc.) Promptly report recruiting and training results to respective parties and other problems, if any, for a proper solution.
