Korea Life Vietnam extends office network in Hanoi

Korea Life Vietnam announces it will officially open a sales office at Ha Thanh Plaza (102 Thai Thinh, Dong Da District, Ha Noi) on October 27th, 2009. This will be Korea Life Vietnam’s 2nd office in Ha Noi, following its branch office located at Handi Resco Tower, 521 Kim Ma, Ba Dinh District, Ha Noi.

Mr. Jung Seop Hyun, General Director of Korea Life Vietnam said, “Since our official inauguration in April 2009, Korea Life has contracted with more than 5,000 customers with annual premium income of more than VND 28 billion. This can be seen as a very good start for a new life insurer in Vietnam. We believe that our annual premium income in 2009 will exceed VND 40 billion, far ahead of our annual target of VND 17 billion. Our Ha Noi Branch is now the leading office nationwide, accounting for more than 50% of the company’s premium income. We are not only happy with such an impressive result but also fully confident in the capability and professionalism of the managers and staff in our Ha Noi Branch Office. Therefore, we have decided to accelerate our business development activities in Ha Noi. Besides our new office at Ha Thanh Plaza, which has been built for about 1,000 Financial Consultants, we are planning to open one more office in Ha Noi by the end of March 2010. We believe that the extension of our office network in Ha Noi will result in not only significant increase of market share but also better customer service.”

Korea Life Vietnam is popular for insurance products that offer protection for the whole family under an insurance contract at affordable cost. Besides its offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi, the company is now preparing for the opening of a new branch office in Buon Ma Thuot (Daklak).
